- Do I have to be facing a big life decision to use it?

- Is this a self-help book?
Yes, but It’s also a self-reflection tool. Instead of telling you what to do, it helps you think through your own situation so you can make the decision that’s right for you.
- Why the anchor symbol?
The anchor has always been a meaningful symbol in my life. It originally came from my sorority, representing hope, strength, and stability. Over time, though, it took on a much deeper personal meaning. It became the symbol between me and my children when I was raising them as a single mom. I wanted them to know, that no matter what, I would always be the one thing they could count on. As life progressed, it grew even more for me and my family. It represents resilience, strength, and being grounded in what matters most.
- Is this a book you read once or return to over time?
Many people return to it again and again. Life changes, and the situations we’re evaluating change too. The process can be helpful anytime you’re trying to gain clarity about what’s next.
